Product Range

Ten families of
engineered silicone

01

General Purpose Silicone Compounds

Meticulously customized to meet specific customer requirements and process conditions. These versatile compounds exhibit excellent physical and mechanical properties, including robust high and low temperature resistance and superior aging resistance — performing reliably from -60°C to 200°C for prolonged use and durability in diverse applications.

Applications — Food Processing & Food Storage
General purpose silicone compounds
02

Platinum Cured Silicone Compounds

The fast curing mechanism of the platinum catalyst allows thicker section parts to cure more quickly at traditional molding temperatures — or at lower temperatures. Platinum cure systems produce no peroxide residues, making them ideal for food and medical applications, with excellent hot tear strength for demolding complex geometries and undercuts. We offer a three-component system and formulation guide designed to extend the shelf life of the mixed compound.

Applications — Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Injectables & Food and Beverage
